The spacious Premium Suite was like a lovely flat 👍 Kitchenette was super handy for late-night snacks. The location is a bit away from the city center.

Such great experience there. Fabulous property with superb decor and elegant rooms. Good breakfast with pancakes and fresh orange juice, nice employees...

I was blown away by the spaciousness of my Premium Suite. The self-service pancake machine at breakfast was a hit with the kids, they just loved making their own pancakes! Plus, the hotel's prime location right across from the Parc de la Tête d'Or allowed us to easily enjoy scenic walks and beautiful landscapes.

Great location near beautiful parks and plenty of shops. Our room had a spacious layout and was well-equipped. The air conditioning worked effectively, and we appreciated the laundry facilities available .

The staff tried everything to ease misundertandings.There were some problems with the Booked.net reservation.They were very cooperative.

When we entered a vaccuum cleaner welcomed us in the doorstep, shabby carpets, messy entry hall, no service personel in the lobby bar, dirty dishes on the tables, the reception desk was very chaotic, hasty staff, folders and papers everywhere. But the room was nice and spacious.

Very comfortable 2-room suite with kitchen - perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby). Good location opposite the Parc de la Tete d'Or, which is great for kids, but still an easy bus ride into the city centre. Nice terrace and garden, which again is great for kids. Helpful staff, good breakfast (although rather expensive at 20 Euros).

Restaurant closed on weekends, and not many restaurants nearby.

We got the hotel on deal and it was worth every penny. We got a huge suite with a kitchen that has all the means, there were plenty of towels and soaps, and kitchen utensils were full. The deal we received from your site was excellent..

Here's why it's a mixed review

The apartment was beautifully furnished with a great location for morning runs and nearby bakeries. Staff provided friendly service and the room was equipped with a convenient kitchenette.

The hotel decor felt dated and food quality at the restaurant was disappointing. Issues with air conditioning and limited dining options detracted from a pleasant experience.

Nice quiet locationr with great exercise and sauna facilities, free laundry facilities and spacious rooms. Close to the Tete D'or park and a supermarket. The reception people were wonderful. Unfortunately, wifi was expensive.

First of all, it's a family type hotel. I liked the large spaces, middle location close to the downtown, the main park.

The underground parkings were very tied. There wasn't many Arabic tv channels.
